We are in midtown – at 2101 4th Avenue between Stewart and Virginia, next to Bed Bath & Beyond. We’re open weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm. If you are short on time, we’ll get you in and out quickly.

If not, you can relax and enjoy our warm, friendly atmosphere. We’ll take as much time as you need to make sure you are comfortable and to answer your questions.

We welcome patients from the Capitol Hill, Broadway Seattle, downtown Seattle, Belltown and South Lake Union areas of Seattle in King County, WA.
